[Togami’s notes are rather detailed, if largely meaningless because of how little content there is. They’re divided by intervals of 60 minutes, most of them filled with one single word: ‘SILENCE’. Dozens and dozens of hours of silence. The few notes that are different aren’t that useful – except for the last one.]

Listening device successfully planted in Xander’s office. Personal comment: Working with electronics takes too long when you can’t do it in the open. Next time ask for Ardyn’s help.

DATE: FEBRUARY 28^TH

6:30 AM-8:30 AM.

Mostly silence. Xander mutters nonsense at his breakfast for a minute.

Out of the office.

1:00 PM-3:00 PM

Office hours.

Personal note: have a very long talk with whoever thought it was a good idea to give airhorns and otomatones to so many people.

IS HE CONTACTING SOMEONE? 

[Afterwards there’s a ‘NO’, seemingly written some time afterwards. There are a couple lines written in shorthand. Underneath there’s a translation:]

“Use the tape-type lint roller if you don’t have time for a full wash or if you got it al—“

Comment: False positive. Xander is reading aloud instructions about how to get glitter out of hair. Translation added for notekeeping purposes.

[There’s an underlined ‘YES’. Something about the way it was written makes it easy to suspect Togami was smirking triumphantly when he wrote that]

TRANSCRIPT:

[Several lines of shorthand are included, marked with Xander talking to someone marked ‘???’ but there’s something strange about them. Even without knowing shorthand, you can tell Togami stopped halfway. The longer they go, the shakier they look, like Togami was slowing down. The last few shorthand signs look like they’re trailing off. The very last sign had a small hole at the end, the pen pierced the paper. Whatever he was listening to caught him by surprise so hard he lost composure for a moment. The last line is rather telling, scribbled in all caps, clearly in a hurry:]

I HAVE TO INFORM EVERYONE IMMEDIATELY.
